dc.description	Santa marta en estos momentos pasa por unos grandes cambios positivos tanto a nivel urbano y de infraestructura en casi todos los Sectores de la ciudad, unos de los barrios a los que se le esta apostando a la transformación es pescaíto Ya que es unos de los barrios mas emblemáticos de la ciudad por su valor cultural y deportivo. Algunas de estas propuestas surgen del concurso BID urban lab 2016; una de ellas es en la via alterna al puerto, se busca mejorar la calidad del espacio publico y la movilidad de este corredor, otra es en la carrera cuarta donde en estos momentos hay una problemática social, por lo que se quiere mejorar la convivencia entre el puerto y el barrio, queriendo hacer con todas estas propuestas ,de pescaito un barrio único donde haya una gran oferta turística para la ciudad.	spa
