Abstract

This improvement plan is presented in the degree option to obtain the title of international negotiator, where it shows the monitoring of the practice in the office of representative in the congress of the republic of Colombia, located in the city of Bogotá, in the one in charge of making laws and exercising political control over the government and administration. The improvement plan seeks to answer the question to develop how to increase high administrative productivity and information management in the areas of the organization during professional practice, apart from the monitoring of the activities carried out according to the schedule carried out in the area, which was obtained efficient development, and thus achieve the expected results with a new approach and knowledge, thanks to the opportunity of a training process in the Congress of the Republic of Colombia.
