| dc.description | El proyecto consiste en el desarrollo, mediante Python, de una herramienta de automatización para el área de Customer Support IP– DATACOM, encargada de brindar soporte técnico al cliente Claro. Como parte de este proceso, el área debe elaborar dos documentos fundamentales que sirven como guía interna para los ingenieros de Huawei y que posteriormente son enviados a Claro para informar las actividades que se ejecutarán en la red. El primero es la Documentación deCapacidades, dondeseregistran datos técnicos como equipos, tarjetas, slots, puertos, ubicaciones y evidencias capturadas durante la ventana de mantenimiento. El segundo corresponde a los Minutogramas o MOPs, documentos detallados que describen paso a paso las actividades a realizar, los comandos, los tiempos estimados y los procedimientos de rollback para tareas de upgrade (actualización deversión de software) o update (aplicación de parches). La herramienta desarrollada automatiza la generación estandarizada de ambos documentos a partir de los parámetros ingresados por el usuario, garantizando precisión, eficiencia y consistencia en la documentación operativa elaborada durante la pasantía. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The project focuses on the development, using Python, of an automation tool for the Customer Support IP– DATACOM area, which provides technical support to the client Claro. As part of this process, the team must prepare two essential documents that serveas internal guidelines for Huawei engineers and are later sent to Claro to inform them about the activities that will be carried out in their network. The first document is the Capacity Documentation, where technical data is recorded, in cluding equipment details, cards, slots, ports, locations, and visual evidence captured during the maintenance window. The second document corresponds to the Minutograms or MOPs, which describe in detail the step-by-step activities, commands, estimated times, and rollback procedures for upgrade (software version updates) or update (patchapplication) tasks. The automation tool developed standardizes and generates both documents based onuser-provided parameters, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in the operatio nal documentation produced during the internship. | |
