La Auditoría General de la República- AGR ofrece una descripción de la contratación realizada a partir de los recursos públicos en el ámbito territorial durante los años 2020 a 2024, con el ánimo de contribuir al conocimiento que tienen las contralorías territoriales y la sociedad en general sobre el uso de los recursos públicos en sus regiones. Los datos aquí presentados han sido reportados por las contralorías territoriales en el Sistema Integral de Auditoría- SIA de la AGR, módulo OBSERVA. En este sentido, se analizan las características de la contratación, su evolución por cuantía, cantidades de contratos, tipologías y destinación sectorial de recursos.
Asimismo, se estudia la forma en cómo estas características y tendencias muestran prácticas que pueden llegar a afectar la eficiencia del gasto, la transparencia y la participación. Este boletín busca brindar insumos para la toma de decisiones en la vigilancia de la gestión fiscal y el fortalecimiento de la participación ciudadana.
Los tableros que presentan evolución en valor tienen en cuenta los efectos de los precios anuales.
Abstract
The General Audit Office of the Republic (AGR) offers a description of the contracting carried out using public resources at the territorial level during the years 2020 to 2024, with the aim of contributing to the knowledge that territorial comptrollers' offices and society in general have regarding the use of public resources in their regions. The data presented here have been reported by the territorial comptrollers' offices in the AGR's comprehensive audit system (SIA), Observa module. In this regard, the characteristics of the contracting process, its evolution by amount, number of contracts, typologies, and sectoral allocation of resources are analyzed. Likewise, the way in which these characteristics and trends reveal practices that can affect spending efficiency, transparency, and participation is studied. This bulletin seeks to provide input for decision-making in the monitoring of fiscal management and the strengthening of citizen participation. The dashboards that present value evolution take into account the effects of annual prices.
