Estrategias de comunicación interna y bienestar en la organización Taxis Libres

Abstract

This degree work aims to expose the communication strategies applied to the Free Taxis organization. These strategies hope to improve the welfare of those linked to the entity. Similarly, recognize the importance of communication strategies for the well-being of those involved.

With this project, we seek to implement strategies that strengthen the organizational culture so that those linked (taxi drivers and owners who are not drivers) know and become loyal to the organization's values. That said, the objectives of this undergraduate work are focused on executing the proposed strategies and improving a large percentage of the well-being and corporate image at the internal level of the Free Taxis organization.
