Resumen
La metodología en Taller 6 parte de una conexión programática con el taller 5 en el cual, se ocupan de hacer lectura del territorio a una escala intermedia, en el que a partir de una delimitación sectorial de la ciudad y determinando a través de un diagnóstico las distintas unidades de actuación, definen sobre ellas, las transformaciones de orden urbano, las intensidades de ocupación y usos en cada Unidad a través del Plan Maestro Y es a partir de este instante, con la identificación de proyecto en las que se definen con vivienda de alta y media densidad, donde inicia su proceso TALLER 6 consolidando a través de estas y sin desconectarse de su relación con la ciudad, los futuros desarrollos de vivienda colectiva.
Abstract
The methodology in Workshop 6 starts from a programmatic connection with Workshop 5 in which, they deal with reading the territory at an intermediate scale, in which, based on a sectorial delimitation of the city and determining through a diagnosis the different units of action, define on them, the transformations of urban order, the intensity of occupation and uses in each Unit through the Master Plan And it is from this moment, with the identification of the project in which they are defined with housing of high and medium density, where it begins its process WORKSHOP 6 consolidating through these and without disconnecting from its relationship with the city, future developments of collective housing.
