Con la investigación llevada a cabo, se busca dar una respuesta arquitectónica a la necesidad de edificaciones que suplan necesidades integrales de vivienda, hábitat, recreación y cultura de la comunidad educativa de la Fundación Universitaria UNISANGIL en el municipio de San Gil, Santander, a través del diseño de una Residencia Universitaria en el perímetro de la institución educativa ubicada en el barrio la Floresta.
Se implementa con la elaboración de esta un análisis a cada una de las necesidades de la comunidad universitaria. Referente a la propuesta espacial se relacionan espacios arquitectónicos que vayan acordes a los requerimientos de vivienda, recreación, estudio, de la comunidad de enfoque. El diseño obedece a habitaciones para sesenta (60) usuarios.
Abstract
With the investigation carried out, an architectural response is sought to give to the need of buildings that replace integral needs of housing, habitat, recreation and culture of the educational community of the University Foundation UNISANGIL in San Gil's municipality, Santander, across the design of a University Residence in the perimeter of the educational institution located in the neighborhood the Wood. An analysis is implemented by the production from this one to each of the needs of the university community. Modal to the spatial offer there are related architectural spaces that go chords to the requirements of housing, recreation, study, of the community of approach. The design obeys rooms for sixty (60) users.
