Resumen
El presente trabajo expondrá al lector la creación de un club recreativo y deportivo. Se abordará desde: el conocimiento del club deportivo según Florencia Ucha (2010) “es una asociación privada creada por la voluntad de varias personas que tiene por objeto, tanto la promoción o practica de una o varias modalidades deportivas, o la participación de actividades y competiciones deportivas”, como este está comprendido (logo, slogan, misión, visión, fundamentos humanistas y marcos), por otra parte, se explicará el segmento de mercado, luego las proposiciones de valor, los canales (información, evaluación, compra, entrega y postventa), también la relación con el cliente, los ingresos, los recursos, las actividades y asociaciones clave, y para finalizar, la estructura de costos y evaluación financiera. En estos últimos temas, se utilizarán cuadros mensuales para poderlo abordar. Se espera que el lector comprenda la composición de la empresa.
Abstract
This work will expose the reader to the creation of a recreational and sports club. It will be addressed from: the knowledge of the sports club according to Florencia Ucha (2010) “is a private association created by the will of several people whose purpose is both the promotion or practice of one or more sports modalities, or the participation of activities and sports competitions ”, as this is understood (logo, slogan, mission, vision, humanist foundations and frameworks), on the other hand, the market segment will be explained, then the value propositions, the channels (information, evaluation, purchase, delivery and after sales), also the relationship with the client, the income, the resources, the key activities and associations, and finally, the cost structure and financial evaluation. In these latter topics, monthly tables will be used to address it. The reader is expected to understand the composition of the company.
