La pandemia que vivimos actualmente, ha generado múltiples modificaciones y afectaciones a nivel general. Los sistemas que más afectados se han visto son el sistema de salud, el sistema económico, el social y el sistema educativo. Este último sistema, se ha visto gravemente deteriorado, no solo en su calidad, sino también en toda su estructura, afectando de forma significativa el desarrollo del Proyecto Educativo de cada institución. Por esta razón, en este texto se abordarán las dificultades que se están presentando en las Instituciones de Educación Superior, que impiden el debido progreso de los Proyectos Educativos Institucionales.
Abstract
The pandemic that we are living nowdays, has produced multiples modifications and affectations to general level. The systems more afectated are the health system, economic system, social system and education system. This latter system, has been deteriorated, not only on it´s cuality, but also in it´s structure, extremely affecting the development of the educative proyect of each institution. For that reason, this text talks about the difficulties that are suffering the higuer education institutions, that are preventing the institutional educative proyects progress.
