Resumen
El siguiente proyecto se basa en la creación y la restauración de un nuevo centro deportivo en el municipio de Caldas ubicado en la zona deportiva del pueblo, la articulación con el urbanismo es una de las estrategias principales ya que se promueve la interacción del usuario con el entorno inmediato creando así una zona de esparcimiento donde la comunidad tenga la posibilidad de realizar cómodamente actividades deportivas en escenarios óptimos y actividades culturales que establezcan relaciones entre los pobladores. El centro deportivo contará con escenarios como canchas multipropósito, piscina semi olímpica, gimnasio y salones para actividades mixtas como baile, danza y aulas para el aprendizaje. El proyecto permite de que la comunidad reconozca el lugar y se apropie del edificio por medio del recorrido que se conecta con el parque urbano que se establece ya que por el sector se cuenta con el rio Medellín, siendo un eje principal e importante en el municipio.
Abstract
The following project is based on the creation and restoration of a new sports center in the municipality of Caldas located in the town’s sports area. The articulation with urban planning is one of the main strategies since it promotes the interaction of the user with the immediate environment, thus creating a recreational area where the community has the possibility to comfortably carry out sports activities in optimal scenarios and cultural activities that establish relationships between the inhabitants. The sports center will have scenarios such as multipurpose courts, semi-Olympic pool, gym and rooms for mixed activities such as dance, dance, and classrooms for learning. The project allows the community to recognize the place and take ownership of the building through the route that connects with the urban park that is established, since the sector has the Medellín River, being a main and important axis in the municipality.
