En Colombia, la industria de la construcción representa uno de los sectores con mayor tasa de accidentalidad laboral, lo que evidencia fallas en la implementación y seguimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST), especialmente en empresas que desarrollan proyectos con alta exposición al riesgo. El objetivo del proyecto fue evaluar el nivel de cumplimiento del SG-SST en la empresa AIC CONSTRUCCIONES E INGENIERÍA S.A.S., según los 60 estándares del Capítulo 3 de la Resolución 0312 de 2019, con el fin de identificar falencias, proponer recomendaciones y fortalecer la cultura preventiva. Se aplicó una metodología de evaluación documental y técnica mediante una matriz construida con los estándares normativos exigidos por la resolución. Los hallazgos fueron clasificados según los ciclos del modelo PHVA y los grupos de estándares, permitiendo evidenciar la situación actual del sistema. La empresa obtuvo un puntaje global de 50 sobre 100, ubicándose en un nivel crítico. Las fases de "Planear" y "Verificar" presentaron el menor grado de cumplimiento, mientras que la fase "Hacer" mostró avances significativos. Se identificaron deficiencias en aspectos como la documentación, la gestión del cambio, la planificación y el seguimiento del sistema. Los resultados demuestran la necesidad de intervenir estructuralmente el sistema de gestión, integrando acciones correctivas, fortaleciendo los comités internos, mejorando los mecanismos de comunicación y promoviendo la cultura del autocuidado y el cumplimiento normativo.
Abstract
In Colombia, the construction industry represents one of the sectors with the highest occupational accident rates, which highlights shortcomings in the implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST), especially in companies carrying out projects with high exposure to risk. The objective of this study was to evaluate the level of compliance of the SG-SST in the company AIC CONSTRUCCIONES E INGENIERÍA S.A.S., based on the 60 standards established in Chapter 3 of Resolution 0312 of 2019, in order to identify deficiencies, propose recommendations, and strengthen the preventive culture. A documentary and technical evaluation methodology was applied through a matrix built with the regulatory standards required by the resolution. The findings were classified according to the PHVA cycle and the standard groups, allowing the current situation of the system to be evidenced. The company obtained an overall score of 50 out of 100, placing it at a critical level. The "Plan" and "Verify" phases showed the lowest level of compliance, while the "Do" phase presented significant progress. Deficiencies were identified in areas such as documentation, change management, planning, and system follow-up. These results demonstrate the need for structural intervention in the management system, integrating corrective actions, strengthening internal committees, improving communication mechanisms, and promoting a culture of self-care and regulatory compliance.
