Determinar la factibilidad de un proyecto resulta ser un instrumento útil en la toma de decisiones de los inversionistas interesados, puesto que se identifican y desarrollan las variables determinantes sobre la viabilidad de un negocio.
El presente estudio, desarrolla un estudio de mercados que permita identificar el mercado potencial, nivel de aceptación y la micro y macrolocalización que tendría la implementación de un CDA en el municipio del Socorro Santander; posteriormente se presenta el estudio técnico con las condiciones necesarias en terrenos, instalaciones y maquinaria requerida, así como los perfiles básicos de personal. Seguidamente, dentro del estudio legal se realiza la compilación normativa de obligatorio cumplimiento para este tipo establecimientos de inspección. El estudio administrativo presenta la estructura organizacional sugerida con los perfiles y funciones a desempeñar dentro de la futura organización; finalmente se presenta el estudio financiero donde se muestra el valor de la inversión inicial, los costos fijos y variables de la operación, el Valor Presente Neto, la Tasa Interna de Retorno, el punto de equilibrio anual proyectado y un análisis de sensibilidad.
Abstract
Determining the feasibility of a project turns out to be a useful instrument when the interested investors take their decisions, since the determining variables about the feasibility of a business are determined and developed.
The present study, develops a market study that allows to identify the potential market, the level of acceptance and the micro and macro- localization of the implementation of a CDA in the municipality of Socorro, Santander; also the technical study with the necessary conditions regarding lands, facilities and required machinery as well as the basic profiles for the personnel. Consequently, in the legal study the normative compilation of mandatory fulfillment for this kind of establishments of inspection takes place. The administrative study presents the organizational structure suggested with the profiles and functions to develop inside the future organization; finally the financial study is presented where the value of the initial investment is shown, the fixed costs and the variables of the operation, the present net value, the internal rate of return, the annual balance point projected and a sensibility analysis.
