Adaptación lingüística del cuestionario de estrés ocupacional (OSI) versión argentina por Schmidt, Leibovich de Figueroa, Schufer, González y Marconi (2003) para el contexto colombiano 

Abstract

This investigative exercise aimed to develop the linguistic adaptation of Argentine version of the occupational stress inventory (OSI) by Schmidt, Figueroa Leibovich, Schufer, Gonzalez and Marconi (2003) to Colombian context. For this purpose, was carried out the translation of the instrument taking into account the difference between language of Argentina and Colombia, obtaining a pilot questionnaire which was evaluated by 10 experts in occupational stress and psychometrics judges as a product. The grade given by the judges was input to the quantitative ADAPTACIÓN LINGUÍSTICA OSI

and qualitative analysis, hand corroborated the information with statistical coefficient V of Aiken, and in addition to qualitative analysis founding differences and similarities about the understanding of critical items, which should be evaluated by cognitive interviews with the aim of identifying the level of understanding of the questionnaire by the population of the same white. The results indicate a high level of agreement among judges regarding the understanding of the items that make up the test, argument was finally corroborated with information obtained from the cognitive interviews. Therefore, the process of linguistic adaptation was developed successfully.
