La importancia del cambio climático en el ordenamiento territorial departamental: Caso Boyacá

Abstract

The present article exposes the importance of the topic of Climate Change in the Departmental Territorial Planning Plan of Boyacá, defined in three chapters which are: the historical approximation of the concepts of territorial ordering and climate change; which deals with the regulatory framework from the Political Constitution of 1991 to the year 2015. The actions undertaken in matters of departmental territorial ordering; Which explains the activities carried out by the government from 2012 onwards. The importance of Climate Change in the Departmental Territorial Planning Plan; developed within the framework of the scenarios projected by IDEAM. The above, with the purpose of highlighting the relevant issue in the planning instrument, since it is the population, who is exposed day after day to the social, economic and environmental impacts caused by the phenomenon of climate change in the territory.
