Resumen
La investigación está dirigida a los desafíos de las grandes ciudades, que buscan el desarrollo y la masificación de los servicios de telecomunicaciones, con el fin de lograr que sus habitantes tengan mejores posibilidades a nivel de competitividad, permitiendo que la ciudad crezca en información y conocimiento. Esto se basa en un contexto histórico y actual de la localidad 20, así mismo se parte de una cuidadosa selección de artículos que refieran a las condiciones actuales de conectividad en el Sumapaz, partiendo de un comparativo a nivel nacional y local junto con las distintas propuestas gubernamentales que han buscado mejorar e implementar las tecnologías en la región. La investigación evidenció realidades tecnológicas, de las pequeñas comunidades rurales presentes en la región de Sumapaz; que validan la poca infraestructura que hay en la zona, con las dificultades administrativas y geográficas que presenta la región.
Se realizó una compilación de las tecnologías emergentes en el mercado y las más innovadoras que podrían llegar a acomodarse a las características de la zona, se analizaron en profundidad y en cada una de ellas se explicó sus características, arquitecturas, ventajas y desventajas, con un cuadro comparativo en cada una de ellas. Las tecnologías que mejor se adecuan según las características de la región se analizan con la ayuda de los expertos, simulaciones realizadas en Radio Mobile, mapas de cobertura móvil y analizando los resultados obtenidos por medio de las encuestas a una metodología Scoring, que nos indica de forma factible que la tecnología BPL es la que mejor podemos aplicar para la zona del Sumapaz, por detrás de tecnologías móviles, TVWS e internet satelital.
La investigación indico aparte la importancia que tendría el cierre de la brecha digital en la zona del Sumapaz en temas de seguridad, educación, desarrollo y cambios sociales que obtendría llevando conexión de internet de última milla a la región en un cuadro DOFA, analizando todas las características ya mencionadas.
Abstract
The research is aimed at the challenges of large cities that seek the development and massification of telecommunications services, in order to ensure that their inhabitants have better possibilities at the level of competitiveness, allowing the city to grow in information and knowledge. It is based on a historical and current context of locality 20, likewise it is based on a careful selection of articles that refer to the current conditions of connectivity in Sumapaz, based on a comparison at the national and local level together with the different government proposals. that have sought to improve and implement technologies in the region. The investigation evidenced technological realities, of the small rural communities present in the Sumapaz region; that validate the little infrastructure that there is in the area, with the administrative and geographical difficulties that the region presents.
A compilation of the emerging technologies in the market and the most innovative that could accommodate the characteristics of the area was made, they were analyzed in depth and in each of them their characteristics, architectures, advantages and disadvantages were explained, with a comparative table in each of them. The technologies that are best suited according to the characteristics of the region are analyzed with the help of experts, simulations carried out in Radio Mobile, mobile coverage maps and analyzing the results obtained through the surveys to a Scoring methodology, which indicates feasible way that BPL technology is the one that we can best apply to the Sumapaz area, behind mobile technologies, TVWS and satellite internet.
The research also indicated the importance of closing the digital gap in the Sumapaz area in terms of security, education, development and social changes that would be obtained by bringing a last-mile internet connection to the region in a DOFA table, analyzing all the aforementioned features.
