Características psicológicas de un acusado por delito sexual con inicio de conducta delictiva en la adolescencia

Abstract

The present work consists of a qualitative, descriptive investigation. The case study methodology was used and the results were based on the analysis of four documentary sources, a forensic interview with the victim, a forensic psychological interview with the perpetrator, field notes from the forensic psychologist expert, and psychological tests applied to the subject. The categories analyzed were Cognitive distortions regarding sexuality, Moral Development, Parenting Style and Personality Traits of a young adult accused of abusive carnal access with a minor under fourteen years of age. It was found that the subject presents cognitive distortions regarding sexual contact between an adult and a child, tends to consider that sexual relations in childhood are normal, attributes to the victim a willingness to share in the facts, does not recognize the damage but as a unwanted consequence and a bad memory, presents a low level of moral development for the age, heteronomous and pre-conventional, has attitudes of isolation, defiant, oppositional, introverted, low sensitivity and low empathy. The parenting style is different in the father and mother, the mother tends to indulgence and the father to an authoritarian style. The personality traits respond to the configuration of an antisocial personality disorder.
