dc.description	Pollo olympico como anteriormente lo dijimos es una empresa que busca dar al cliente un producto de alta calidad y lograr un excelente posicionamiento en el mercado, para eso la empresa debe día a día observar los procesos muy detalladamente y así identificar falencias o planes de mejora continua. En este caso nos enfocaremos en el área de logística debido a que es el pilar de la empresa y con oportunidades de mejora, así lograremos más organización y facilitaremos procesos que hoy en día presentan novedades. Al implementar este plan de mejora y lograr que en el área anteriormente nombrada se haga una transformación digital con ayuda de un sistema de gestión de almacenamiento se daría resultados muy exitosos para la empresa, ya que mejorarían tanto los procesos como los productos	spa
dc.description.abstract	Pollo olympico, as we said before, is a company that seeks to give the customer a high-quality product and achieve an excellent position in the market, for that the company must observe the processes in great detail every day and thus identify shortcomings or continuous improvement plans. . In this case we will focus on the logistics area because it is the pillar of the company and with opportunities for improvement, thus we will achieve more organization and facilitate processes that today present novelties. By implementing this improvement plan and achieving a digital transformation in the aforementioned area with the help of a storage management system, very successful results would be given to the company, since both processes and products would be improved.	spa
