| dc.description | Internet y las nuevas tecnologías han reconfigurado la relación entre el Estado y la sociedad civil en torno al binomio conformado por el poder y la política. Bajo esta tesitura convergen nuevas posibilidades y viejos dilemas que deben adaptarse a dinámicas cambiantes, actuales, como la transterritorialidad de los movimientos sociales, la (auto) comunicación de masas o la redefinición del sentido de modernidad. Así, la sociedad civil desarrolla, gracias a Internet, un entramado organizativo, comunicativo y de participación que sirve de caldo de cultivo óptimo para la representación de nuevas disputas frente a un Estado-nación que sigue siendo, pese a todo, el referente en cuanto al análisis del poder formalmente institucionalizado. | es |
