En esta investigación se tuvo por ente el establecer el conocimiento de las
políticas de juventud en la ciudad de Duitama y su comprensión por parte de un
grupo de jóvenes de sectores vulnerables de la ciudad. Se trata esta
investigación, basada en un enfoque histórico hermenéutico y para lo cual
como instrumento de investigación la aplicación de una encuesta con el
propósito de valorar el grado de conocimiento y percepción a futuro que se
tiene sobre las políticas de juventud, a través de lo cual se evaluara sus
perspectivas y se dispondrá de un manual de conocimiento y de inclusión para
lograr así una mejor interacción entre las partes: jóvenes y adultos. Con lo cual
se logra comprender la falta de conocimiento en las pliticas de Juventud pero
en contraste la necesidad expresa de los jóvenes de establecer los
mecanismos para lograr llevarlas hasta ellos de una manera mas espontánea y
por lo tanto mas aceptable.
