El presente documento tiene como finalidad dar a conocer el trabajo desarrollado por la alumna durante la ejecución de la Práctica Profesional en la empresa Scotiabank GBS Colombia S.A. por el periodo de (6) seis meses iniciados en el mes de septiembre del año 2019.
El propósito de este informe es documentar el diseño, desarrollo y funcionamiento de un Dashboard, el cual tiene como objetivo principal implementar un control financiero del presupuesto del área de Collections. Dentro de los resultados, se espera que el control permita analizar, evaluar, prevenir, identificar y proyectar indicadores económicos a corto, mediano y largo plazo, que evidencien el comportamiento de los gastos operacionales del área vs. el presupuesto anual aprobado, utilizando diferentes herramientas e información histórica relevante.
La práctica profesional permite al estudiante adquirir habilidades y conocimientos en diversas áreas que contribuyan a desenvolverse de manera adecuada y practica en el mundo laboral.
Abstract
The purpose of this document is to present the work developed by the student during the execution of the Professional Practice in the company Scotiabank GBS Colombia S.A. for the period of (6) six months started in the month of September of the year 2019.
The purpose of this report is to document the design, development and operation of a Dashboard, whose main objective is to implement financial control of the Collections area budget. Among the results, it is expected that the control will allow analyzing, evaluating, preventing, identifying and projecting economic indicators in the short, medium and long term, which demonstrate the behavior of operational expenses in the area vs. the approved annual budget, using different tools and relevant historical information.
The professional practice allows the student to acquire skills and knowledge in various areas that contribute to the proper and practical development in the workplace.
