En esa medida, el cuerpo se convierte en una superficie en la que se sancionan las verdades que evidencian el delito. Contrario a tal perspectiva, el presente artículo busca re pensar la importancia de ampliar el diálogo del derecho con otros saberes de tal manera que inaugure una forma reflexiva de interpretar su ejercicio e instaure una manera otra de estudiar el cuerpo y las complejidades que en torno al mismo se tejen. | es |
