El texto tiene como propósito exponer la consolidación terapéutica de un escenario, que permitiera curar los cuerpos de mujeres públicas durante el periodo 1886-1928, periodo que incentivó la promoción y cuidado en contra de las enfermedades venéreas, así como la refrendación del Decreto 142 expedido por la Asamblea Departamental 1925; en el que se consolidaba el denominado Sifilicomio o Dispensario de Profilaxia Social de la ciudad.
The purpose of the text is to expose the therapeutic consolidation of a scenario that would allow the healing of the bodies of public women during the period 1886-1928. Time in which the promotion and care against venereal diseases was encouraged as well as the endorsement of Decree No. 142 issued by Asamblea Departamental; In which the socalled “Sifilocomio” or dispensary of social prophylaxis of the city was consolidated.
