La razón de este documento surgió por los conocimientos adquiridos en el diplomado virtual internacional en negocios e innovación de la industria 4.0, que se realizó entre noviembre y diciembre del año 2020, de esta manera aclaro que los contenidos expuestos fueron realizados por los profesores de la universidad Popular del Estado de puebla, presentando en primer lugar un análisis de la importancia y crecimiento de la tecnología y sobre todo mostrar el auge que han tenido las TIC, con el uso del internet y al mismo tiempo las redes sociales, los cambios que ha originado este ciberespacio en los gustos y necesidades de las personas, a la hora de comprar, viajar, elegir, opinar, estudiar, trabajar, y un sin número de actividades que se llevan a cabo con la ayuda del marketing social, que ha transformado el concepto de negocio de las compañías.
Abstract
The reason for this document arose from the knowledge acquired in the international virtual diploma in business and innovation of industry 4.0, which was held between November and December 2020, in this way I clarify that the exposed contents were made by the professors of the Popular University of the State of Puebla, presenting in the first place an analysis of the importance and growth of technology and above all showing the boom that ICTs have had, with the use of the internet and at the same time social networks, the changes that have This cyberspace originated in the tastes and needs of people, when buying, traveling, choosing, giving opinions, studying, working, and a number of activities that are carried out with the help of social marketing, which has transformed the companies business concept.
