En el presente trabajo se evidencia el inventario de bien inmueble patrimonial del antiguo edificio de la caja agraria, diseñado por el arquitecto Fernando Martínez Sanabria en la ciudad de Barranquilla, que busca documentar, cuantificar, investigar e identificar cada uno de los elementos más representativos y grupos arquitectónicos que lo componen, ya que estas hacen parte de su memoria e identidad, a través de un trabajo investigativo y de campo, que permita caracterizar y valorar en términos patrimoniales dicho bien. También se explicarán los referentes y el diseño metodológico que se tuvieron en cuenta para el desarrollo de este examen y diagnóstico, presentando así todo el análisis y desarrollo del proyecto del antiguo edificio de la caja agraria, permitiendo generar las conclusiones mas viables.
Abstract
In the present work is evidenced the inventory of real heritage property of the old building of the agrarian box, designed by the architect Fernando Martínez Sanabria in the city of Barranquilla, which seeks to document, quantify, investigate and identify each of the most representative elements and architectural groups that compose it, since these are part of its memory and identity, through a research and field work, which allows to characterize and value such good in patrimonial terms. The references and the methodological design that were taken into account for the development of this examination and diagnosis will also be explained, presenting all the analysis and development of the project of the old building of the agrarian box, allowing to generate the most viable conclusions.
