Estudio de factibilidad para la implementación del programa “Escuela del Conocimiento para la Mujer", dentro de la Política Pública Municipal “MUJER, EQUIDAD DE GÉNERO E IGUALDAD DE OPORTUNIDADES”, de la Alcaldía de Pacho (Cundinamarca)

Abstract

The initial project was the implementation of an entrepreneurship program, which is immersed in the program of the "School of Knowledge for Women", wanting to start with the schedule agreed with that initial idea, it was evident that the implementation since this program was not documented, so the proposal by the entity was that the objective will change to Formulate the "School of Knowledge for women" program, it will have a gender focus, and is divided into three lines strategic, which are: Empowerment and work from the SER, Training and entrepreneurship, as the basis of the local economy, strengthening of cooperation schemes and women's networks and Educational Accompaniment; This program will be aimed at women of all ages and conditions (girls, young people, adult women and older adults), who make up the female population of the municipality and the intervened sidewalks, in Pacho, Cundinamarca, for the strengthening of competences and the promotion of creating profitable and sustainable businesses.

It will be carried out in a period of 6 months, through assignments to collect the necessary information that is missing for the construction of the document, there will also be approaches with entity staff who can provide information on the operation and the idea of ​​the program, who will give the approval of the design of the program, also providing their opinions and corrections.

Finally, it is sought that the women of the municipality take advantage of this program and with the help of it leave with a sense of empowerment and leadership; with knowledge about entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship and that this is useful for your business idea and helps you further clarify everything involved in it; and also support and accompany women who wish to finish their studies at the primary and basic secondary education levels, and guide them to continue with them at higher levels.
