La seguridad jurídica en Colombia

Abstract

This investigation claims the review of the construction of the concept of juridical safety in three epochs: First, to divide certain historical cycles because it is necessary to try (get) to announce the trajectory and trip across (through) the history of the beginning of Juridical Safety in Colombia. Second, to try to describe the Beginning of juridical safety concerning the application of the constitutional and legal norms, bearing in mind the rules and the action margin concerning the freedom attributed to the legislator and the application of the Judicial precedent. Third, that has to understand himself for Juridical Safety, having as base this constitutional beginning, there will appear some critical conclusions that try to indicate a study of the beginning of juridical safety to understand its importance in the social State of right, understood this one like the extension of the rights and its character of supremacy on the juridical arrangings.
