La función planeadora que se ha diseñado en FUNDANORTE establece claramente las
directrices que se encontraron en los diagnósticos realizados por el personal administrativo
contratado para tal fin, en los cuales se encontraron problemáticas que no permitían ejecutar
eficientemente los procesos en cuanto a comunicación, desarrollo tecnológico y
compromiso de sus empleados.
Se pretende construir una empresa, que por sus funciones, servicios y productos se
constituya en un emporio de riqueza y bienestar social, para los dueños y usuarios con la
mayor eficiencia al consumidor que es el fin último de nuestra organización la razón de ser,
es la misión de la cual se parte para desarrollar toda la planeación estratégica con este
objetivo se sientas las bases para posterior reestructuración.
