La Expo- feria ambiental del colegio Cofrem, es un evento que se ha desarrollado durante 16 años cada mes de octubre, su creación nació como parte de la contribución que realiza la institución a la región para dar a conocer distintas problemáticas ambientales del momento junto a una posible solución, A pesar de su trayectoria y de convocar a múltiples instituciones de la región, la participación estudiantil no ha sido la esperada en las últimas versiones, dando paso al siguiente planteamiento: ¿Cómo diseñar la estructura del Sistema de Gestión del Conocimiento para la expo-feria ambiental con los estudiantes de secundaria del Colegio Cofrem ubicado en Villavicencio, bajo los requisitos de la norma técnica ISO 30401:2018, con el fin de mejorar la participación de los estudiantes en la misma?.
Teniendo en cuenta esta problemática, el principal propósito del proyecto fue la estructuración del sistema de gestión del conocimiento para la Expo- feria ambiental del colegio Cofrem en su sede principal (Villavicencio), siguiendo los requisitos de la NTC- ISO 3014: 2018, para lo cual fue necesario indagar sobre el estado del conocimiento de la población estudiantil de secundaria sobre el evento, e identificar el grado de cumplimiento de los requisitos de la norma previamente mencionada durante la planeación y el desarrollo del evento.
Para el logro de los mismos, se realizó un diagnóstico para medir el conocimiento de los estudiantes sobre el evento e identificar la necesidad de los docentes por incluir la gestión del conocimiento en las funciones que desempeñan. Asimismo, se identificó el nivel de madurez de la gestión del conocimiento para finalmente estructurar el sistema de gestión del conocimiento de la Expo- feria ambiental. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron un alto índice de desconocimiento del evento por parte de los estudiantes de sexto a octavo de secundaria debido a la ausencia de procesos de inducción sobre la importancia del evento junto a su enfoque.
Por otra parte, más del 60% de los docentes manifestaron la necesidad de incluir espacios de capacitación que les proporcionen las herramientas necesarias para planear y desarrollar el evento cada año. El nivel de madurez de la gestión del conocimiento del evento, oscilo entre un conocimiento gestionado y un conocimiento consciente. Con lo anterior, la estructuración del sistema de gestión del evento se realizó partiendo de los problemas detectados en la Expo- feria ambiental, luego se consideró la correspondencia entre las etapas de su desarrollo con las fases del conocimiento de la teoría de Nonaka y Takeuchi y las fases del conocimiento de la Norma ISO 30401: 2018, todo enmarcado por los tres factores claves de un sistema de gestión (estratégico, humano y operativo), incluyendo los facilitadores y los espacios compartidos que contribuyen a la gestión del conocimiento.
Abstract
The Expo environmental fair of the Cofrem school, is an evento that has developed during 16 years in october, its creation was born as a parto f the contribution that the instituion gives to the region for announce different environmental issues together with a posible solution. Despite its trayectory and convene multiple institutions in the region, the student participation has not been the as expected during the last versions, leading to the next approach: ¿how to design the structure of the knowledge management system for the Expo environmental fair with the secundary students of Cofrem school located in Villavicencio, under the requirements of the ISO technical standard 30401: 2018, in order to improve the partipation of students in the event?
Taking into account this problem, the main purpose of the project was the structuring of the knowledge management system for the Expo environmental fais of the Cofrem school in its headquaters (Villavicencio), following the requirements of the ISO technical standard 30401: 2018, for which it was necessary to investigate about the condition of knowledge of secondary student population in reference to the event.
For the achivement, a diagnosis was made for measure the knowledge in the students about the evento and identify the teachers needs to include the knowledge management in their functions. In addition, it was identified the maturity leve lof the knowledge management for finally make the structure of the knowledge management system of the Expo evironmental fair. The obtained results indicated a high rate of ignorance of the students about the evento from sixth until eighth grade due to absence of induction proceses about the importance of the event with its focus.
Besides, more than 60% of the teachers manifested the need of include training spaces that give them the tools needed to plan and develop the event every year. The maturity level of the knowledge management of the event, ranged between a managed knowledge and a conscious knowledge. With the above, the structuring of the knowledge management of the evento was made starting from the detected problems in the Expo evironmental fair, then the correspondence between the stages of its development was considered with the phases of knowledge of Nonaka y Takeuchi and the phases knowledge of the ISO technical satandard 30401: 2018, all framed by the three key factors of a mangement system ( strategic, human and operational), including facilitators and the shared spaces that contribute to the knowledge management.
