Abstract

The present article of investigation is directed to a brief conceptual summary that has removed in to happen from the times, brings over the 'truth' can manage to mean of it, and since it is in use in the environment of the evidential right.. A determinant part that turns concerning this investigation, is the exposition that has been done, brings over of that the truth is a basic end of the test, and more that of the test itself, it is the elementary purpose of a judicial process, since to the moment of which a decision is dictated, it must be based basically on the reality of the facts and what it happened really. To the moment of which the Juzgador takes a decision, it is important that the analysis that it has done brings over of the whole evidential array is meticulous to be able to give end to the litigation or to the process, but that to the moment of which it does it is in a condition of total certainty, without it gives place to the doubt, finishing this way the process absolving any doubt concerning the facts that I turn the same one, and being his decision directed to having found the truth of what happened and offered juridical safety to the parts that intervened inside the process.
