Aproximaciones del síndrome de burnout en el personal de la dirección de servicio al usuario de una EPS

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the presence of Burnout levels and their possible consequences to personal, family and health officials an EPS of Bogota level. For this we used a non-experimental design of transactional, with a purely descriptive correlational scope; Selected participants were 65 employees of the customer service address of the organization, who responded to the Spanish version of the Maslach Burnout Inventory and a questionnaire on sociodemographic data, professional features and other features (health, drinking coffee, alcohol, cigarette, etc.) It was found that a small percentage suffering from the syndrome, while 40% could be at risk of suffering; regarding health, some dimensions of burnout were associated with gastric symptoms perception and consumption of coffee; Finally, regarding the relative impact association between burnout dimensions, dynamics and timeshare family it found.
