El análisis de los casos de presidentes colombianos no solo permitió
entender con más precisión por qué en Colombia ha existido un pa-
trón de omisión de juicios políticos, sino que generó varios cuestiona-
mientos en torno a algunos elementos del juicio político en el país. El
ejemplo de Latinoamérica y la experiencia colombiana han permitido
identificar diferencias y semejanzas en torno al uso y omisión del juicio
político, hecho que ameritó no solo preguntar a algunos expertos por
la omisión en el caso colombiano, sino por su uso en Latinoamérica,
un tema imprescindible en los debates actuales sobre juicio político.
Abstract
The analysis of the cases of Colombian presidents not only made it possible to understand more
