Resumen
En el presente documento de investigación se realiza estudio y diagnóstico del acceso a la Tribuna Occidental del estadio Guillermo Plazas Alcid, en el municipio de Neiva, departamento del Huila.
El estadio de Neiva es uno de los principales atractivos turísticos de la región, debido que allí se realizan todo tipo de eventos sociales, sin embargo, la situación presentada en los años 2015 y 2016 en donde la estructura del recinto fue gravemente afectada provocando el derrumbe de una pared y seguido a esta anomalía, el derrumbe de la placa del cuarto piso de la tribuna,
permanece actualmente cerrado y los trabajos de diseño y construcción son adelantados.
La Alcaldía de Neiva ha aunado esfuerzos para la realización de estudios de diseños,
interventoría, diagnóstico y construcción para que la remodelación se efectué de manera correcta
y evitar otro colapso o demás fallas estructurales que puedan afectar directamente la vida útil de
la obra.
De acuerdo con los procesos patológicos mostrados en el presente estudio, se plantea un diagnóstico y se establece el procedimiento de intervención enfocado en minimizar los riesgos que se pueden presentar en la estructura como consecuencia de posibles fallas en el proceso constructivo de los elementos estructurales.
Abstract
In this research document, a study and diagnosis of the access to the Western Grandstand of the Guillermo Plazas Alcid stadium, in the municipality of Neiva, department of Huila, is carried out.
The Neiva stadium is one of the main tourist attractions in the region, due to the fact that all kinds of social events are held there, however, the situation presented in the years 2015 and 2016 where the structure of the venue was seriously affected causing the collapse of a wall and followed this anomaly, the collapse of the plate of the fourth floor of the grandstand,
it remains currently closed and the design and construction works are advanced.
The Mayor's Office of Neiva has joined forces to carry out design studies,
inspection, diagnosis and construction so that the remodeling is carried out correctly
and avoid another collapse or other structural failures that could directly affect the useful life of
the work.
According to the pathological processes shown in this study, a diagnosis is proposed and the intervention procedure focused on minimizing the risks that may occur in the structure as a consequence of possible failures in the construction process of the structural elements is established.
