El presente documento tiene como finalidad la exposición de un conjunto de actividades desarrolladas en su paso por la entidad (ICBF) Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar Regional- Meta, el cual está sujeto a la modalidad de grado PRÁCTICA EMPRESARIAL y obedece al desarrollo de 960 horas o seis (06) meses de ejecución de dicha práctica que figura como está estipulado en el alcance de este proyecto- sección 4 del anteproyecto.
El ICBF Regional Meta, fue la entidad donde se desarrolló dicha práctica, el practicante fue puesto a disposición del ingeniero Andrés Felipe Méndez perteneciente al grupo de infraestructura ubicado en la oficina del grupo administrativo de la Regional Meta; dando cumplimento al objetivo de la práctica se desarrollaron un conjunto de actividades direccionadas a adecuaciones locativas necesarias en las diferentes unidades del ICBF dentro del departamento del Meta, las cuales obedecen al cumplimiento de los objetivos específicos expuestos en el numeral 1.2.2 de este documento; la metodología de trabajo resultó ser la siguiente: dicha actividad se desarrollaba a manera individual por el practicante, teniendo en cuenta un inducción y sus debidas especificaciones, luego de la ejecución de la actividad se presenta al ingeniero, donde el realiza una supervisión y ajuste en conjunto con el pasante para luego ser aprobada y archivada en el contrato y/o espacio correspondiente, cabe resaltar que para cualquiera actividad el ingeniero permanecía en constante supervisión, a modo de retroalimentación, imprevisto o cambio alguno.
Como requisito y control el practicante realiza 2 informes bimensuales parciales equivalentes al mes (02) dos y mes (04) cuatro de la práctica, sumado a bitácoras de actividades diarias que fueron avaladas y firmadas por el tutor de la empresa, finalmente se elabora este informe final donde se realiza la compilación general de toda la práctica
Abstract
This document is intended to expose activities developed in the (ICBF) Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar Regional- Meta, which is subject to the modality of PRACTICA EMPRESARIAL (Bussines practice) degree and obeys to develop 960 hours or six (06) months of execution of the practice; which appears as stipulated in the scope of this project - section 4 of the preliminary draft.
The ICBF Regional Meta, was the entity where this practice was developed, the practitioner was placed at the disposal of the engineer Andrés Felipe Méndez belonging to the infrastructure group located in the office of the administrative group of the Regional Meta; In compliance with the objective of the practice, a set of activities were developed aimed at localization adjustments necessary in the different units of the ICBF within the department of Meta. which obey the fulfillment of the specific objectives set forth in numeral 1.2.2 of this document; The work methodology turned out to be the following: this activity was developed individually by the practitioner, taking into account an induction and its proper specifications, after the execution is presented to the engineer, where he performs a supervision and adjust in conjunction with the student to be approved and filed in the contract or corresponding space, it should be noted that for any activity the engineer remains in constant supervision, with feedback, unforeseen or any change. As a requirement and control the student makes 2 bimonthly reports equivalent to the month (02) two and month (04) four of the practice, added to logbooks of daily activities that were endorsed and signed by the tutor of the company, finally this final report where the general compilation of the whole practice is carried out.
