Resumen
El proyecto centro de oportunidades ubicado en el municipio de puerto Colombia en la región del atlántico, se concibe a partir de una investigación exhaustiva en donde se analizan diferentes temas que van desde la historia, partiendo una línea de tiempo en la cual se estudian diferentes variables como método de análisis para interpretar de manera adecuada las carencias y potencialidades de puerto Colombia en este método se investigan temas como lo son la historia, lo territorial geográfico, lo cultural social y lo político económico.
Entendiendo esto podemos comprendemos situaciones particulares que presenta el municipio estas variables son determinantes para entender las problemáticas que allí suceden deteriorando la vida de la comunidad.
Gracias a esto pudimos deducir que la ausencia de interés por parte de las entidades gubernamentales y los conflictos que se han vivido lo han dejado sin oportunidad de crecimiento y desarrollo partiendo de la pérdida de su principal actividad económica
( el muelle marítimo) y el arraigo de su cultura, por tal motivo es importante devolverle la identidad, ya que no existe un lugar en donde esta se potencialice, se entiende que para el municipio y para la comunidad seria de vital importancia la construcción de un entorno en donde se pueden desarrollar acciones en función a la contribución de la expresión cultural traduciendo está a actividades económicas de tradición.
Dicho esto nos vamos al desarrollo de la arquitectura como elemento de preponderancia para logran mitigar ciertas problemáticas ayudando a la integración del municipio y supliendo necesidades que van desde el espacio público, la reactivación de la cultura y añadiéndole la capacitación como elemento que propicie la mejora de la económica de puerto Colombia.
Abstract
The project center of opportunities located in the municipality of Puerto Colombia in the Atlantic region, is conceived from an exhaustive research in which different topics that go from history are analyzed, starting a timeline in which different variables are studied As a method of analysis to adequately interpret the shortcomings and potentialities of Puerto Colombia in this method, topics such as history, geographical territoriality, social cultural and political economy are investigated.
Understanding this we can understand particular situations that the municipality presents these variables are crucial to understand the problems that occur there deteriorating the life of the community.
Thanks to this we were able to deduce that the lack of interest on the part of the governmental entities and the conflicts that have been lived have left it without an opportunity for growth and development starting from the loss of its main economic activity (the maritime wharf) and the rooting of its culture, for this reason it is important to return the identity, since there is no place where it is potentialized, it is understood that for the municipality and for the community it would be of vital importance to build an environment where actions can be developed in function to the contribution of the cultural expression translating is to traditional economic activities.
Having said that, we are going to the development of architecture as a preponderant element to mitigate certain problems, helping to integrate the municipality and supplying needs that go from the public space, the reactivation of culture and adding training as an element that promotes the improvement of the economic port of Colombia.
