Una de las problemáticas que ha aumentado a raíz de la pandemia en Colombia es el desempleo, siendo la clase media la más afectada según cifras del DANE. Bogotá es la ciudad con la tasa de desempleo más alta en el país, y la industria manufacturera ha sido de las más golpeadas durante este periodo; asimismo la brecha de género en materia laboral ha sufrido un incremento, dejando a las mujeres con el índice más alto de desempleo. De la misma manera Bogotá es de las ciudades más contaminadas en Latinoamérica, y la primera de Colombia, de modo que necesita apoyarse en la arquitectura sostenible para disminuir su huella ambiental. En ese sentido la propuesta arquitectónica consiste en diseñar un Centro de Desarrollo Laboral en la ciudad de Bogotá enfocado a la industria textil; teniendo en cuenta la arquitectura sostenible con el propósito de mitigar el impacto ambiental de la ciudad.
Abstract
One of the problems that has increased because of the pandemic in Colombia is unemployment, with the middle class being the most affected according to DANE statistics. Bogotá is the city with the highest unemployment rate in the country, and the manufacturing industry has been one of the hardest hits during this period; Likewise, the gender gap in labor matters has increased, leaving women with the highest rate of unemployment. In the same way, Bogotá is one of the most polluted cities in Latin America, and the first in Colombia, so it needs to rely on sustainable architecture to reduce its environmental footprint. In this sense, the architectural proposal consists of designing a Labor Development Center in the city of Bogotá focused on the textile industry; considering sustainable architecture to mitigate the environmental impact of the city.
