La parroquia San Isidro Labrador de Chíquiza es un inmueble de gran valor histórico, cultural y patrimonial, a tal punto que hoy en día es declarada como bien de interés cultural de carácter nacional. Sin embargo, el deterioro y falta de mantenimiento de este ha causado la aparición de patologías, las cuales han generado lesiones, llevando así a la edificación a su progresivo colapso. Es por lo anterior que el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo identificar las patologías y lesiones existentes y sus respectivas causas para plantear un diagnóstico, el cual determinara una propuesta de intervención con el fin de asegurar la vida útil del inmueble. Esto se realizará mediante la recopilación de información, inspección visual, levantamiento fotográfico, análisis de patologías, evaluación estructural, análisis del entorno y condiciones ambientales. Lo anterior se llevará a cabo por medio de la técnica de fichas de recolección de información.

Abstract
The parish of San Isidro Labrador in Chiquiza is a property of great historical, cultural, and heritage value, to the extent that it is currently declared a national cultural interest asset. However, the deterioration and lack of maintenance have led to the emergence of pathologies, which have caused injuries, thus leading the building towards progressive collapse. Therefore, the aim of this work is to identify the existing pathologies and injuries along with their respective causes to propose a diagnosis. This diagnosis will determine an intervention plan to ensure the longevity of the property. This will be achieved through the collection of information, visual inspection, photographic documentation, pathology analysis, structural evaluation, analysis of the surroundings, and environmental conditions. The aforementioned will be carried out through the technique of information collection sheets.
