The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has generated important changes in the education process. This paper presents an overview of u- learning as a paradigm that enriches the teaching and learning process at anytime, anywhere, and with any device. It proposes a new concept, characteristics, uses and application scenarios, and possible topics for research, looking for more reflection and projection in the theme.spa
