El presente proyecto se realiza pensando cómo desde la arquitectura podemos mitigar o subsanar algunos problemas de tejido social y familiar que se evidencian en el barrio Zamora en Medellín y cómo la falta de un espacio propio del barrio de características educativas y urbanas, con diferentes actividades, podrían ayudar amejorar las problemáticas actuales
El Núcleo de formación y encuentro Zamora se propone, con la intención de mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes del sector por medio de dos equipamientos uno enfocado a la educación formal (técnica y tecnológica) ubicada en la casa patrimonial existente en el sitio y otro en un edificio nuevo enfocado a la implementación de la educación informal centro de artes y oficios) Ambos equipamientos acompañados y complementados por un teatro al aire libre que tiene un enfoque cultural y una zona para la practica de actividad física, además de las estancias para el disfrute de toda la comunidad dispuestas por todo el lote, que complementan el desarrollo de las actividades de aprendizaje y encuentro
Esta propuesta se realiza con el fin de rehabilitar un lote en desuso el cual puede propiciar el reconocimiento, la apropiación y el respeto individual y colectivo que hace falta en este barrio, siendo así, la raíz o el inicio de la superación de un sector de la ciudad que se ve actualmente golpeado por los grupos al margen de la ley, la desigualdad y el abandono.

Abstract
The present project is carried out thinking how from architecture we can mitigate or correct some problems of social and family fabric that are evident in the Zamora neighborhood in Medellín and how the lack of a space in the neighborhood with educational and urban characteristics, with different activities, could help to improve the current problems
The Zamora Training Center is proposed, with the intention of improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the sector through two facilities one focused on formal education (technical and technological) located in the existing heritage house on the site and another in a new building focused on the implementation of informal education (arts and crafts center) Both facilities are accompanied and complemented by an open air theater that has a cultural focus and an area for the practice of physical activity, in addition to the rooms for the enjoyment of the entire community arranged throughout the lot, which complement the development of the activities of learning and encounter
This proposal is made in order to rehabilitate a disused lot which can promote the recognition, appropriation, and individual and collective respect that is lacking in this neighborhood, thus being the root or the beginning of overcoming a sector of the city that is currently being hit by groups outside the law, inequality, and abandonment
