CENTRO CULTURAL INTEGRAR NUTIBARA

Abstract

The Integrar Nutibara cultural center was born from the investigation of the territory and having as main objective the dynamics associated with habitability and activities of human beings. This cultural center will be located in the tenche neighborhood in commune 16 of the Medellin city. The intention of this proposal is to unify the segregation of facilities and public spaces of the sector generating dynamism and influx of people in order to reduce insecurity in the area and integrate the dynamics socio-cultural. It is for this reason that different unknowns are established such as: How do people relate? What needs do they have for recreation? Inside the city? And lastly, how to integrate the city, everyday life and habitability in a balanced way? These premises allow us to analyze and understand the place in order to develop the project proposal in the best way and thus respond to the environment, to the city and the ways of life of citizens, provide these spaces with: theaters, libraries, dance workshops, green areas, ecological trails, in order to for it to become a benchmark in the city.
