Resumen

La implementación del proceso de legalización de incentivos busca regular la entrega de bonos por parte del proveedor “Sodexo” y el pago del servicio prestado a la compañía Honor Technologies. Con este proceso se desea asegurar que el servicio requerido por la empresa de tecnología se entregará de manera puntual y efectiva a cada uno de los clientes. El proceso deberá incluir evidencias que avalen la entrega completa, siendo de esta forma legalizable para la compañía el poder pagar al proveedor el material comprado junto con el servicio, sin este proceso la empresa no cuenta con la capacidad auditable para comprometerse a responder monetariamente con el proveedor, esto debido a que por políticas internas con las que cuenta Honor cada proveedor deberá soportar que logró cumplir con el pedido solicitado para que se considere aceptado por el comité cualquier desembolso de dinero que deba realizar el área financiera.

Abstract

The implementation of the incentive legalization process seeks to regulate the delivery of bonds by the supplier "Sodexo" and the payment of the service provided to the company Honor Technologies. This process aims to ensure that the service required by the technology company will be delivered in a timely and effective manner to each of the customers. The process must include evidence that guarantees the complete delivery, thus making it legalized for the company to be able to pay the supplier for the purchased material together with the service, without this process the company does not have the auditable ability to commit to respond monetarily with the supplier, this because by internal policies that Honor has each supplier must bear that he managed to comply with the order
