| dc.description | El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto de un programa de neuroentrenamiento sobre las capacidades cognitivas implicadas en la toma de decisiones en porteras semiprofesionales de fútbol sala de la ciudad de Tunja. Se desarrolló un diseño pre experimental con mediciones pre y pos test, aplicando pruebas cognitivas específicas a seis deportistas seleccionadas por conveniencia. El programa de intervención incluyó ejercicios dirigidos a fortalecer la anticipación, la percepción visual, la memoria de trabajo, la coordinación ojo-mano y la planificación. Los resultados mostraron mejoras estadísticamente significativas en las variables de planificación (p = 0.048) y memoria de trabajo (p = 0.020), así como tendencias favorables en otros componentes cognitivos. Estos hallazgos son consistentes con investigaciones previas que respaldan la eficacia del neuroentrenamiento como estrategia para optimizar la toma de decisiones en contextos deportivos de alta demanda cognitiva. Se concluye que el neuroentrenamiento representa una herramienta útil y complementaria en el proceso de preparación integral de porteros, aunque se reconoce como principal limitación el tamaño reducido de la muestra, lo cual sugiere la necesidad de estudios posteriores con un mayor número de participantes y diseños experimentales más robustos. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to evaluate the effect of a neurotraining program on the cognitive functions involved in decision-making in semi-professional female futsal goalkeepers from the city of Tunja. A pre-experimental design with pre- and posttest measurements was conducted, applying specific cognitive assessments to six athletes selected by convenience. The intervention program included exercises focused on enhancing anticipation, visual perception, working memory, hand-eye coordination, and planning. The results showed statistically significant improvements in the variables of planning (p = 0.048) and working memory (p = 0.020), along with favorable trends in other cognitive domains. These findings are consistent with previous research supporting the effectiveness of neurotraining as a strategy to optimize decision-making in cognitively demanding sports contexts. It is concluded that neurotraining is a valuable and complementary tool in the comprehensive preparation of goalkeepers. However, the main limitation was the small sample size, suggesting the need for future studies with larger populations and more robust experimental designs. | |
