Con el fin de analizar el comportamiento de la precipitación en el Departamento de Boyacá, así como la incidencia que tienen variables macroclimáticas tipo ENSO como el Índice de Oscilación del Sur (SOI) y el Índice de las anomalías en la temperatura de la superficie marina (SST), se realizó la caracterización de la precipitación media total, máxima total y número de días de lluvia registrada por 118 estaciones distribuidas en la extensión del departamento, lo anterior mediante un análisis estadístico de estos datos, así como la elaboración de hietogramas, histogramas, diagramas de caja, entre otros que permitan la descripción del comportamiento de esta variable; a su vez se elaboraron mapas de distribución espacial de la precipitación media total, máxima total y número de días, para facilitar el entendimiento de su variabilidad dentro del departamento, reconociendo fácilmente las zonas donde se presenta mayor o menor intensidad; finalmente se efectúo el análisis correspondiente a la incidencia que tienen algunas variables macroclimáticas sobre la precipitación.
Abstract
In order to analyze the behavior of the precipitation in the Department of Boyaca, and the impact they have macroclimatic variables such as ENSO Southern Oscillation Index (SOI) and the Index of anomalies in sea surface temperature (SST), the characterization of the mean total precipitation, and maximum total number of rainy days recorded by 118 stations distributed in the extension department was held above by statistical analysis of these data and the development of hyetographs, histograms, box plots, and others that allow the description of the behavior of this variable; turn maps of spatial distribution of total rainfall, maximum total number of days and were developed to facilitate the understanding of variability within the department, easily recognizing the areas where it occurs more or less intensity; finally by the impact they have some macroclimatic variables on precipitation analysis was performed.
