The Quad Rugby includes different sports like Hockey, Rugby and Basketball. There are two teams of 4 players. The disability are mostly composed of tetraplegia. For the present study, the aim is to evaluate effect of procesus training benefit on non-dominant arm with the quality of life and propulsion wheelchair of Bogota Rugby players. The question posed is : A rehabilitation process training can have to benefits effects on Quality of life for the wheelchair players. Organisation of sessions is twice per week of 1h30 during 2 months. Sessions are separate in two parts of 45 min : first part with warm up and muscle strengthening with elastics bands and second case specific training. Various tests were carried en Pre y post care for two groups : test group and control group. (Constant Test, SF-36, 6min+Borg and WPT). The quality of life result increase for the 2 groups, Pain shoulders decrease with the care. The perception of fatigue decrease for the test group. The isn’t increase of strength but there is improve of propulsion and better distance during 6 min test and consequently increase speed.spa
