Identificación de los factores que se articulan en los procesos de corrupción política y administrativa en el contexto del estado colombiano

Abstract

In this research the identification and analysis of factors that are articulated in the processes of political and administrative corruption in the context of the Colombian state is performed. With a descriptive qualitative approach and a hermeneutical method corruption as a cultural social phenomenon, its classifications, the most common forms of corruption and the problem of institutional legitimacy against corruption it is analyzed. A review of the regulatory legal framework with which the state faces corruption and the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court against corruption is also done. In the private sphere, foundations and private governance are discussed strategy against corruption. Finally, the social function of civil institutions and their contribution to oversight and the fight against corruption is reviewed.
