En el presente documento se refleja la pasantía empresarial que se desarrolló en la secretaria de Infraestructura del municipio de Villavicencio, posee un enfoque en el apoyo a la gestión de dirección de obras civiles. El objetivo principal fue contribuir en el control de proyectos en ejecución mediante la participación en supervisión, herramienta que permite al municipio captar cualquier anomalía o situación que genere retrasos o inconvenientes con la obra en consumación.
Durante el periodo de la práctica se realizaron actividades técnicas y administrativas que incluyeron: redacción y revisión documental, seguimiento a ejecución en obras de infraestructura vial, supervisión a la construcción de un CBA (Centro de Bienestar Animal) y apoyo a seguimiento de la construcción de un CAI (Comando de Atención Inmediata) del Barrio Santa Helena.
El trabajo permitió aportar al fortalecimiento de los procesos de supervisión de obras garantizando la trazabilidad y el cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales. Entre los resultados más relevantes se destacan la consolidación de información técnica dispersa, revisión de procesos constructivos y culminación de la obra de Comando de Atención Inmediata.
La experiencia contribuyo tanto al desarrollo profesional en el campo de la ingeniería civil mediante la aplicación práctica de conocimientos técnicos y normativos, como al mejoramiento institucional, aportando transparencia y eficiencia en la ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura del municipio.
Abstract
This document reflects the business internship that took place at the Infrastructure Secretariat of the municipality of Villavicencio, focusing on supporting the management of civil works. The main objective was to contribute to the control of projects in progress by participating in supervision, a tool that allows the municipality to detect any anomalies or situations that cause delays or inconveniences with the work in progress.
During the internship period, technical and administrative activities were carried out, including document drafting and review, monitoring the execution of road infrastructure works, supervising the construction of an Animal Welfare Center (CBA), and supporting the monitoring of the construction of an Immediate Response Command Center (CAI) in the Santa Helena neighborhood.
The work contributed to strengthening construction supervision processes by ensuring traceability and compliance with contractual obligations. Among the most relevant results are the consolidation of scattered technical information, review of construction processes, and completion of the Immediate Response Command Center.
The experience contributed both to professional development in the field of civil engineering through the practical application of technical and regulatory knowledge, and to institutional improvement, bringing transparency and efficiency to the execution of municipal infrastructure projects.
