El texto es un estudio socio-jurídico del Putumayo y sus raíces ancestrales, el aporte que le ha dado al derecho siendo pues el derecho étnico el único derecho propio que tenemos en Colombia, ya que nace de nuestras culturas aborígenes y su cosmovisión, y lo que trato es de mostrar que el Departamento del Putumayo, un sitio olvidado para el estado y el derecho, departamento muy rico en cultura, en biodiversidad, en recursos minero-petroleros, también le ha hecho un aporte al derecho con sus 14 pueblos indígenas y presencia de pueblos negros y afrodescendientes.
Abstract
The text is a socio-legal study of Putumayo and its ancestral roots, the contribution that it has given to the right being therefore the ethnic right the only right we have in Colombia, since it is born from our aboriginal cultures and their worldview, and I try to show that the Department of Putumayo, a forgotten place for the state and the law, department very rich in culture, in biodiversity, in mining-oil resources, has also made a contribution to the law with its 14 indigenous peoples and presence of black and Afro-descendant peoples.
