Este trabajo se justificará las actividades que se realizan en la empresa Emtelco S.A.S. como practicante en el área de seguridad de la información como proyecto final de grados, en este, se evidencia la implementación de conceptos y herramientas aprendidas en las clases de telecomunicaciones de la Universidad Santo Tomas.
El informe es realizado específicamente en el área de seguridad de la información de la empresa Emtelco, esta área es una de las más importantes ya qué cuida y protege la confidencialidad, la integridad y la disponibilidad la información de los clientes, y de la misma empresa, es decir, esta área es quien otorga o deniega permisos de navegación de los asesores sin afectar las operaciones, brindándoles soluciones en el menor tiempo.
En resumen, se ejecutan tareas permanentes en el programa de seguridad para que no se obstruya la información del asesor y este pueda seguir su operación sin ningún percance en el sistema, y así regular la navegación logrando un ahorro en el consumo de ancho de banda y esto generaría más rendimiento a la empresa.
Abstract
This work will justify the activities carried out in the company Emtelco S.A.S. As a practitioner in the area of information security as a final project of degrees, in this, the implementation of concepts and tools learned in the telecommunications classes of the Santo Tomas University is evident.
The report is made specifically in the area of information security of the company Emtelco, this area is one of the most important as it cares for and protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information of the clients, and of the same company , that is, this area is the one that grants or denies the navigation permits of the advisors without affecting the operations, providing them with solutions in the shortest time.
In summary, permanent tasks are executed in the security program so that the information of the advisor is not obstructed and the advisor can continue its operation without any mishap in the system, and thus regulate navigation, achieving savings in bandwidth consumption and this would generate more performance for the company.
