    This project aims to optimize the document review process for import operations at Kuehne+Nagel. By establishing a Tag Analysis Group (TAG), the root causes of delays in document review will be identified and specific actions will be implemented to address them. This will improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

    This research is a methodological proposal, which tries to answer questions about solving multiplicative mathematical problems in sixth grade students "B" of the Institution Educative de Santa Coa, corregimiento de Pinillos, Bolívar. Through the knowledge acquired from the experiences lived, through a didactic strategy that visions the way forward with sufficient tools to improve their analytical, reflective and critical capacity. Therefore, the teacher must act as a facilitator to gradually achieve the solution that requires a deeper knowledge to find the right answer.
