    In this work a strategic organizational diagnosis is made for the company Mekautos Ingeniería Automotriz, focused on the processes of the business unit, it is intended through field visits and the help of diagnostic tools to make a professional and specialized analysis of the different functional areas, basically evaluate the strategic situation of the unit under study, through the use of some matrices to evaluate which area is most susceptible to change, to formulate strategies for improvement, aimed at responding to the current demands of an increasingly demanding market, with consumers looking for innovation and value propositions; The purpose of this analysis is to promote a culture of quality in the company's management.. In order to carry out the diagnostic study during the analysis stage, two monthly observation and verification visits will be carried out, which will allow to integrate in a suitable way the elements of evaluation and integration of human, technological and management resources, thus contributing to the motivation and satisfaction of the personnel. Promote the participation of all members taking into account their ideas, understanding that continuous improvement implies a change in behaviors and these ensure that today's companies are consolidated and projected over time in a profitable and sustainable manner.
