This does not happen with individual employment contracts that are governed by labor law, that is, by the CST and the norms that integrate and complement it, with their own principles and with the characteristic that they are norms of public order that, although governed by Due to the principle of private autonomy of the will, they cannot be modified by the parties in their essence. Many state entities have exponentially chosen to hire service providers to reduce operating costs and due to the legal risks, that result from labor relations. However, when in a company these two types of hiring are presented in the same work team, with similar positions and functions, marked differences are observed in the behavior that differentiates a plant worker from a contractor for the provision of services. These differences are easily noticeable because at some point and in accordance with labor law rules and regulations, the employee has more benefit protection than the service provider, which initially impacts their state of mind, their confidence, their commitment to the company and the relationship with their colleagues, situations that ultimately affect the work environment.
